At Scale Beyond, we value transparency and professionalism. This Cancellation Policy outlines how clients and customers may cancel their coaching programs, subscriptions, or services. Please review this policy before making a purchase or entering into a service agreement.


1. Coaching Program Cancellation

One-on-One or Group Coaching Packages:

Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the scheduled session to avoid losing that session.

If you cancel less than 3 business days before your appointment or fail to show up, the session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

If you wish to cancel the entire coaching program, written notice must be submitted to [email protected].


Monthly or Subscription-Based Coaching:

You may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

Cancellations made after the billing date are not eligible for a refund but will stop future charges.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or remaining time in a billing cycle.


2. Digital Subscriptions and Memberships


If you have subscribed to a digital membership, coaching community, or ongoing content delivery, you may:

Cancel anytime by emailing us at [email protected]

Access will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle

You will not be charged again after cancellation confirmation is sent

We do not offer prorated refunds


3. DFY (Done-For-You) and Custom Services

For design, funnel building, or DFY services:

Cancellations may be requested before project kickoff for a full refund of any unused deposit (minus 10% processing fee)

Once work has started, any cancellations are subject to a review of the work delivered. A partial refund may be issued depending on the progress, minus administrative and development costsIf more than 50% of the project is completed, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

A client fails to communicate within 10 business days

Deliverables are delayed due to lack of client input or materials

The client violates any of our Terms and Conditions



4. Event or Live Program Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a live program or virtual event:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a refund or credit

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise on the event registration page


5. How to Cancel

To cancel a program, subscription, or service, send an email to:

Full name

Email used for purchase

Name of the service, subscription, or program

Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Our support team will respond within 3 business days with confirmation and next steps.


6. Final Notes

Canceling a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Please also review our Refund Policy

You are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged
