At Scale Beyond, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers and clients. This Delivery Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive access to your digital products, coaching programs, and services.
For templates, recorded trainings, and on-demand courses:
Access will be delivered immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment via email or your student portal.
You will receive a confirmation email containing login details and access links.
If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll assist you right away.
Note: Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see our email.
For scheduled live masterclasses, coaching sessions, or live trainings:
You will receive calendar invites and Zoom links 1–3 days before the eventReminders will be sent via email and/or SMS (if opted in)Replays (if included) will be delivered within 48–72 hours after the live session
All delivery details and schedules will be communicated in advance via the email address you registered with.
For booked coaching sessions:
You will receive an onboarding email within 24–48 hours of your purchase with steps to schedule your first sessionSessions will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, based on your preferenceNotes, worksheets, and session recordings (if applicable) will be delivered via email or inside your portal within 24–48 hours after the session
For done-for-you services such as funnel design, branding kits, or automation setup:
Project kickoff details will be sent within 2 business days after payment and intake form completionTurnaround times will be provided during the onboarding phase, and vary depending on scope (typically 7–21 business days)Final deliverables will be sent via Google Drive, Notion, or directly inside your client dashboard
You’ll receive regular updates on progress and be invited to review drafts at each milestone.
If a delivery is delayed due to:
Platform outages (e.g., hosting or LMS platform downtime)
Payment processing issues
Missing or incorrect information from your end
We will notify you via email and work to resolve the issue promptly. Please make sure to provide the correct email address during checkout.
