At Scale Beyond, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, services, and coaching experiences. Your satisfaction is very important to us, but due to the nature of our offers, we follow a strict refund policy outlined below.

Please read this carefully before making any purchase.


1. Digital Products and Online Programs

All sales for digital products—including templates, courses, downloadable resources, and on-demand training—are

final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed.

However, we do offer a 7-day conditional refund on select digital courses or programs if the following conditions are met:

The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase

You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content

You submit a clear reason for your refund request

Refunds requested beyond the 7-day period or after substantial usage of the material will not be granted.

Our team will respond within 5–7 business days.


2. Coaching Programs and Group Sessions

Coaching sessions (one-on-one or group) are non-refundable once the first session has been attended or the coaching portal has been accessed.

If you are on a monthly coaching subscription, cancellations must be done at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the next cycle (see our Cancellation Policy for full details).

We do not offer partial refunds for missed sessions or unused portions of coaching packages.


3. Services and DFY (Done-For-You) Work

For customized services like funnel design, digital marketing setups, or branding projects, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project. Once work has commenced or deliverables have been submitted, the full fee becomes non-refundable.

If you decide to cancel a project mid-way, we will calculate the amount of work already delivered and refund any remaining balance only if applicable, minus a 20% admin and processing fee.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for services where substantial work has already been done or delivered.


4. Duplicate Payments and Technical Errors

If you are charged twice or experience a technical error that results in duplicate transactions, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charge within 5–10 business days after validation.


5. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
